摘要
根据煤矿主风机流道机构能效提升的方案,对轴—交叉口充气部分、肘部、过渡管道进行节能设计,旨在达到如何应用工程设计原理来提高风扇性能和安装效率,以大幅降低功耗、运行成本和温室气体排放的目的。详细案例研究证明:通过使用流体物理和工业通风设计的工程概念设计风扇组装,实现了主风扇系统的效率远高于80%~90%(与普通的运行效率相比),可以使得矿山总体成本和基础电力的大幅减少能量负荷。
According to the scheme of energy efficiency improvement of main fan runner mechanism in coal mine,energy saving design is carried out on the air filling part, elbow and transition pipe of shaft-intersection, in order to achieve how to apply engineering design principle to improve fan performance and installation efficiency. To significantly reduce power consumption, operating costs and greenhouse gas emissions. The detailed case study proves that the fan assembly is designed by using the engineering concept of fluid physics and industrial ventilation design.The efficiency of the main fan system is much higher than 90%(compared with the normal operation efficiency), which can greatly reduce the total cost of mine and the energy load of basic electric power.
