基于煤矿薄基岩下支架工作阻力确定及规律分析 被引量:2

摘要 以布尔台煤矿现采22625工作面为研究对象,对工作面现场基岩岩性及厚度进行调研采集数据,并对顶板覆岩岩性及岩层变化特征进行初步统计,以便于实验室薄基岩-支架-覆岩模型的建立。通过实验室试验和合理分析得出该种工作状况下支架的工作阻力约为9 500 k N。通过现场实测支架工作阻力和来压强度对比,显示所测数据均在正常范围内的11%以内,符合安全规程。这表明:在布尔台煤矿薄基岩条件下所采用的工作面支架工作阻力是科学合理的,能够有效地控制来自采场顶板的压力。 The main points are as follows: taking 22625 working face of Bo'ertai Coal Mine as a study, through investigating and collecting data of bedrock lithology and thickness in the working face, and making preliminary statistics on the lithology of roof overlying rock and the change characteristics of rock stratum, In order to facilitate the establishment of laboratory model of thin bedrock, support and overburden, and through laboratory tests and reasonable analysis, the working resistance of this kind of support is about 9 500 k N. The results show that the measured data are within 11% of the normal range, and accord with the safety regulations. This shows that: under the condition of thin bedrock in Boertai coal mine, the working resistance and pressure intensity of the support are compared: the measured data are within 11% of the normal range. The working resistance of working face supports is scientific and reasonable and can effectively control the pressure from stope roof.
