基于加长树脂类锚固的巷道支护优化

摘要 鉴于麻家梁煤矿现有锚杆支护方式下掘进速率较慢、人力消耗量大与智能化程度低的缺陷,依据地质学相关试验结论给出了锚杆支护优化策略,选用树脂加长锚固与锚索增强补充支护综合方式。基于FLAC3D数值仿真进行模拟。仿真结果表明:巷道的围岩形变获得了很大的改善,支护效率加强,能够满足巷道在开采期间的安全性能。 In view of the shortcomings of low excavation rate, large manpower consumption and low intelligence under the existing bolting support mode in Majialiang Coal Mine, the optimization strategy of bolt support is given according to the relevant geological test results. Resin lengthening Anchorage and Anchorage cable reinforcement and complementary support are selected. Based on FLAC3D numerical simulation, the simulation results show that the surrounding rock deformation of roadway has been greatly improved, and the support efficiency has been strengthened,which can meet the safety performance of roadway during mining.
