摘要
通过实际案例分析了带式输送机搭接对托辊产生的危害,指出了具体的改进措施,确定了合理载荷。改进后的皮带输送机在高效运煤情况下,托辊并未再出现损坏问题,应用效果良好。
This paper analyzes the harm of belt conveyor lap connection to the roller through practical cases, points out the concrete improvement measures and determines the reasonable load. The improved belt conveyer is not damaged under the condition of high efficiency coal transportation, and the application effect is good.
