摘要
以煤矿救援运载车制动原理为理论基础,通过对制动状态下车轮与钢轨、车轮的运行状态、整车受力的分析,建立车辆制动系统数学模型进行分析;针对不同质量条件下,对制动性能的理论进行计算以及对运动进行分析,得出了救援运载车在该条件下的理论制动距离与制动时间,驾驶员可参考此参数进行刹车制动。该理论研究为企业生产出高品质电磁制动器产品提供了理论支撑,对提高煤矿救援运载车的制动效果、增加整车行驶安全性具有重要意义。
Based on the braking principle of coal mine rescue vehicle, the mathematical model of vehicle braking system is established by analyzing the running state of wheel, rail, wheel and the force of the whole vehicle. According to the theory calculation and motion analysis of braking performance under different quality conditions, the theoretical braking distance and braking time of the rescue carrier under this condition are obtained. The driver can refer to this parameter to brake the vehicle. The theoretical research provides theoretical support for enterprises to produce high quality electromagnetic brake products. It is of great significance to improve the braking effect of coal mine rescue vehicle and increase the driving safety of the whole vehicle.
