矿用挖掘机铲斗的磨损数值分析研究

摘要 依据长期的生产实践经验来研究挖掘机铲斗的磨损现象和磨损类型,即利用三种不同的底板,以观察材料去除体积的磨损严重程度的差异。研究结果表明:具有网状磨损棒图案的底板比其他两款更具耐磨性;同时底板上的磨损区域被检测到,并通过颜色轮廓来表示。这些发现将有助于开发挖掘机铲斗底板带有一些磨损杆的新模式,应用此模式将有效减少其表面上的磨损现象。 The wear phenomena and wear types of excavator bucket were studied based on the long-term production experience, that is to say, three different bottom plates were used to observe the difference of wear severity of material removal volume. The results show that the substrate with the mesh wear bar pattern is more wear-resistant than the other two, and the wear area on the substrate is detected and represented by the color profile. These findings will be helpful to the development of a new mode with some wear rods on the bottom of the bucket of excavator, which will effectively reduce the wear phenomenon on the surface.
