摘要
针对喷雾系统存在的主要问题,从喷雾压力、雾粒的带电情况及雾滴运动速度等不同方面对喷雾系统降尘效果进行研究,找到不同因素对喷雾降尘效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:喷雾系统的喷雾压力越大、雾粒的荷电性越多、喷雾颗粒的运动速度越快,采煤机喷雾系统的喷雾降尘效果越好。该分析结果可对喷雾系统的优化改进提供理论依据。
The main problems in the spray system are analyzed, and the dust control effect of the spray system is discussed from different factors, such as spray pressure, charge of aerosol particles and droplet velocity. The results show that the higher the spray pressure, the more the charge of the spray particles, the faster the moving speed of the spray particles, the better the dust control effect of the spray system of the shearer. The analysis provides a theory for the optimization and improvement of the spray system.
