深部大变形顺槽超前支架支护效果分析

摘要 针对某煤矿由于14310综放工作面矿压显现剧烈引进的超前工作面60 m的支护系统,通过现场观测,对超前支架进行效果考察。考察结果表明:与采用单体支柱支护形式相比,超前支架支护时底板之间平均移近量是单体支柱时的17.7%;顶底板平均移近速度是其22%;两帮之间的平均移近量以及两帮之间的平均移近速度分别占单体支柱的29.4%和37.7%;其中三组支架的支护阻力分别占额定支护阻力的83.85%、91.5%、96.3%。此结果进一步表明:在工作面正常生产期间,超前支护支架取得了良好的支护效果。 In view of the serious problem of mine pressure in 14310 fully mechanized caving face, the support system of 60 m in advance face is adopted. Through field observation, the effect of leading support is investigated. The results show that compared with single pillar support, When the support is advanced, the average movement of the bottom plate is 17.7 when the support is single, the average velocity of the top and the floor is 22, the average distance between the two supports and the average velocity between the two supports are 29.4% and 37.7% of the single prop,respectively. Among them, the support resistance of three groups of support is 83.8585/91.5 of the rated support resistance, respectively. During the normal production period of the working face, the advance support has achieved good support effect.
