摘要
介绍了永磁减速传动装置的基本结构和控制原理,分析了负载端速度与感应磁场变化的关系以及负载端力矩和驱动端力矩的变化关系,并对永磁减速传动装置与现有形式的减速产品予以对比。对比结果显示:永磁减速传动产品相对于传统的减速机传动效率更高、结构设计更完善,体积大大缩小、质量减轻、噪音减小、拆装更方便。
This paper introduces the basic structure and control principle of permanent magnet deceleration drive, and analyzes the relationship between the speed of load end and the change of inductive magnetic field, as well as the change of load end torque and drive moment,and made a comparison between former and later mutipole permanent rotating magnetic equipment. Compared with the traditional reducer, the permanent magnet reducer has higher transmission efficiency, more perfect structure design, smaller volume, less weight, less noise, easier disassembly and assembly.
