Daily Operation and Optimization of 62m^2 Flat Disk Filter

基于62m^3平盘过滤机的技术条件及运行,分析了该设备生产中常遇故障原因,包括AH滤饼附碱高、平盘滤液产能低、AH滤饼附水高、滤液浮游物高和真空度低,并提出相应的解决措施,同时,提出了平盘过滤机工艺流程的优化措施。通过一系列的技术改造,平盘过滤机的技术适应性得到了提高。

Based on the technical conditions and operation of 62 m^3 flat disk filter, the causes of frequent faults in the production of this equipment are analyzed, including high alkalinity of AH filter cake, low production capacity of flat disk filtrate, high water content of AH filter cake, high float and low vacuum degree of filtrate. At the same time, the optimization measures of flat-plate filter process are described. Through a series of technical revamping, adaptability of the flat plate filter technology has been improved in the actual production.
