摘要
阳煤五矿对提升机液压制动装置在线监测系统进行改造,改造后的系统可依靠电涡流传感器、位移检测传感器、压力传感器、制动力矩传感器实现对液压制动性能参数中的闸间隙、制动油压、制动正压力、制动力矩的监测,监测分析软件对传感器采集的数据进行分析,以便及时发现设备隐患。改造效果表明:该系统能够有效降低因盘式制动器失灵而造成的重大隐患事故,从而提高提升系统的可靠性。
Yangquan Coal Mine has reformed on-line monitoring system for hydraulic brake device of mine hoist. It relies on eddy current sensor, displacement detection sensor, pressure sensor, brake torque sensor to monitor the brake gap, brake oil pressure, braking pressure, braking torque and sensor mining through monitoring and analysis software.The data of the set is analyzed in order to find out the hidden danger of the equipment in time. After the transformation, the system can effectively reduce the major hidden trouble caused by the failure of disc brake and improve the reliability of the lifting system.
