介绍了消失模的特点,分析了消失模的选型步骤和选型时应注意的问题,进一步分析了消失模在机械设备实型铸造中的应用特点、过程。提高消失模的应用水平,不仅可以解放生产力,提高煤矿生产安全性,还能延长设备使用寿命,达到降本增效的目的。

This paper introduces the characteristics of the lost foam, analyzes on the selection steps of the lost foam and the problems that should be paid attention to, and further analyzes the application, characteristics and process of the lost foam in the casting of mechanical equipment. Improving the application level of lost foam can not only liberate the productivity, improve the safety of coal mine production, but also prolong the service life of the equipment and achieve the purpose of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency.
