Application of EBZ-260 Roadheader and Its Supporting Equipment in Coal Mine

从主要构成、适用范围和主要特性三方面对EBZ-260掘进机及其配套设备CMM2型液压钻杆车和湿式风幕除尘系统进行了分析介绍,并对该设备在巷道掘进施工中的应用进行了说明。应用表明:EBZ260型掘进机具有安全系数高、掘进效率高、操作程序简单等特点;CMM2型液压锚杆钻车有效提高了锚杆的钻打效率。

This paper analyzes and introduces the EBZ-260 roadheader and its supporting equipment CMM2 hydraulic drill pipe car and wet air curtain dust removal system from three aspects of main composition, application scope and main characteristics, and explains the application of this equipment in roadway excavation construction. The practice shows that the EBZ260 type roadheader has the characteristics of high safety factor, high tunneling efficiency, simple operation procedure and so on. The CMM2 hydraulic anchor drill can effectively improve the drilling efficiency of the anchor rod.
