摘要
主要介绍了顶管机在掘进以及开挖方面的原理,具体分析了煤矿高抽巷中顶管机的应用技术工艺。将使用顶管机掘进法与使用常规悬臂式掘进机掘进法在高抽巷掘进开挖的成本进行了比较与分析,并提出了一些顶管机在煤矿高抽巷掘进中可能遇到的问题和应对方式,对顶管机应用的经济性进行了分析和评估,发现采用顶管机掘进长度大于1 200 m的高抽巷更为经济。
This paper mainly introduces the principle of pipe jacking machine in driving and excavating, and analyzes the technical process of the application of pipe jacking machine in high drawing roadway in coal mine. This paper compares and analyzes the cost of excavating with pipe jacking machine and conventional cantilever roadheader in high drawing roadway, and puts forward some problems and countermeasures that may be encountered by pipe jacking machine in high drawing roadway driving in coal mine. The economy of pipe jacking machine is analyzed and evaluated.It is found that it is more economical to use the pipe jacking machine when the driving length is more than 1200 m.
