煤矿安全监控系统风筒风量传感器的技术改进与应用

摘要 以高阳煤矿安全监控系统为研究背景,提出了风筒风量传感器作用与技改目的,分别对相应的改进措施及工作原理、传感器技术参数与使用条件、安装与维护展开分析讨论。通过实验验证可知:风筒风量传感器的技术改进为煤矿安全监控系统提供了一种快速、准确的方法,确保了监测结果的准确性。 In order to ensure sufficient and stable air volume in underground coal mine, special sensors are needed to monitor the variation of air volume in tuyere. Therefore, the research background is Gaoyang Coal Mine safety monitoring system. On the basis of the analysis and discussion of the function and technical innovation purpose of the air volume sensor of the tuyere, the main structural characteristics and working principle, the technical parameters and the operating conditions of the sensor, the installation and maintenance of the sensor are discussed respectively, and the experimental results are obtained. The technical improvement of tuyere air flow sensor provides a fast and accurate method for coal mine safety monitoring system, which guarantees its accuracy.
