摘要
以美国某知名企业生产的CAT制动器为核心元件,通过防爆型胶轮车额定载荷下的制动力矩和额定载荷驻车力矩进行计算,根据CAT制动器功能和使用方法设计了一套与之匹配、控制精准的液压控制系统,同时对设计过程和各个零件的选型进行了细致的分析。该系统在某矿胶轮车上的应用效果显示,设计完成的这套胶轮车制动系统完全符合煤矿胶轮车的使用要求。
The braking torque and the parking moment of the rated load of the explosion-proof rubber wheel car are calculated. The cat brake produced by a famous American enterprise is taken as the core component. According to its function and usage method, a set of precise hydraulic control system is designed according to its function and usage. At the same time, the design process and the selection of each part are analyzed in detail. The application effect shows that the designed braking system fully meets the requirements of coal mine rubber wheel car.
