摘要
以成套装备智能化的几种关键技术和刮板输送机监控系统的结构,分析比较现在较为常用的三种软启动的方法和技术,详细叙述了两种实现变频调速的方案以及变频控制系统、谐波抑制技术,即采用霍尔传感器实时检测链条故障和利用无线传感器实现链条张力控制的智能化,最后对实现刮板输送机成套装备智能化急需解决的问题进行了总结和归纳。
Based on several key technologies of complete sets of intelligent equipment, and the structure of scraper conveyor monitoring system, this paper analyzes and compares three kinds of soft start methods and technologies, which are commonly used now. This paper describes in detail two schemes of realizing variable frequency speed regulation,frequency conversion control system, harmonic suppression technology, real time detection of chain fault by Hall sensor, and intelligent chain tension control using wireless sensor. Finally, the problems that need to be solved urgently to realize the intelligentization of scraper conveyer are summarized and summarized.
