摘要
针对临时支护设备落后的情况,对新型掘锚护一体机装置的特点、主要组成及功能、工作过程进行了分析。通过分析可知:掘锚护一体机在煤巷掘进中的应用可有效地解决掘进工作面锚护问题,杜绝空顶作业造成的伤亡事故,减轻工人劳动强度,提高效率,为综掘创造良好的作业环境。
A new type of support equipment is designed in view of the backward situation of temporary support equipment. This kind of temporary support equipment can support the roof and front wall of roadway quickly, reduce roof subsidence, roof fall accident, collapse of front wall, large labor intensity and so on. It has strong economy and wide application range. The integrated idea of roadway excavation, bolting support and supporting inspection is put forward, that is, an integrated machine for bolting and protecting. Based on expectation as a platform, combined with new temporary support equipment, new drilling rig and roadheader detection device, reasonable dynamic roof support design and safe and fast driving of coal roadway are realized.
