掘进机在巷道自动掘进中的应用思考

摘要 通过分析掘进机的组成及掘进机在巷道自动掘进的工作原理,对掘进机的执行机构和行走机构等主要机构进行了研究分析,并对掘进机在应用过程中存在的主要问题进行探讨,提出相应的改进措施和今后的发展方向。分析认为:在今后的研究设计中,应提高悬臂式掘进机结构的强度和稳定性,改进现有悬臂式掘进机掘进工艺,提高掘进机的自动化程度,为后续采煤作业提供更好的作业环境。 This paper introduces the composition of roadheader and the working principle of roadheader in roadway automatic tunneling, and analyzes the application design and research of the main mechanism, such as the actuating mechanism and walking mechanism of the roadheader. The main problems existing in the application of the roadheader are discussed, and the corresponding improvement measures and the future development direction are put forward. In the future research and design, the strength and stability of the structure of the cantilever roadheader will be improved,the existing tunneling technology of the cantilever roadheader will be improved, the automation of the roadheader will be increased, and a better working environment will be provided for the subsequent coal mining operation.
