This paper analyzes the common faults, including wire rope breaking, wire rope spin, wire rope falling off,rope holding device sliding, slope point dropping, underspeed or overspeed, swing of chair, etc. The brake is notlocked tightly, and the reliability measures are put forward through fault analysis.
