气相色谱法分析检测粮食中氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯

Analysis and Determination of Cypermethrin and Deltamethrin in Grain by Gas Chromatography

用气相色谱法,通过回收率试验,对原粮样品进行溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的检测。实验结果显示:两种菊酯的相对标准偏差均小于5.0%,方法的重现性较好;标准曲线线性相关系数r均大于0.998,呈良好的线性;操作简单;加标回收率在79.0%~94.8%,方法的准确性好。

By gas chromatography test, through the recovery rate, detection of deltamethrin and cypermethrin on unprocessed samples. The experimental results showed that the relative standard deviations of two kinds of pyrethroids were all 5.0%, the reproducibility was good, and the correlation coefficients of standard curves were r 0.998, showing good linearity. The operation was simple, the recovery rate of standard addition was between 79.0% and 94.8%, and the accuracy of the method was good.
