小麦中呕吐毒素不同检测方法的对比研究

A Comparative Research on the Determination of Deoxynivalenol in Wheat

为了研究小麦中呕吐毒素不同检测方法的差异性与相关性,寻找小麦入库作业时快速检测法可靠性范围,对45份小麦样品进行胶体金试纸条、ELISA、HPLC的检测。结果显示:试纸条法(1 000μg/kg)结果呈阴性为合格样品,呈阳性需HPLC复检;ELISA结果小于1 000μg/kg时为合格样品,结果为1 000~1 300μg/kg时需HPLC复检,结果大于1 300μg/kg为不合格样品。

In order to study the differences and correlations of different methods for detecting DON in wheat, the liability range of the rapid detection method was determined when wheat was put into storage.There are 45 wheat samples were tested by gold immunochroma to graphy assays trip,ELISA and HPLC.The results showed that the assay strip method（1 000μg/kg）was negative as a qualified sample,positive as the need to HPLC retest; DON content1 000 with ELISA as a qualified sample,DON content levels in the1 000~1 300μg/kg need to HPLC retest,DON content1 300μg/kg as an unqualified sample.
