摘要
本研究建立了快速定量检测糙米中重金属离子铅的胶体金免疫层析试纸条分析方法。通过一系列的实验研究了该方法的灵敏度、重复性和特异性。结果表明用免疫胶体金法测定糙米中铅的检出限为0.041mg/kg,定量限为0.097mg/kg,方法重现性较好,使用胶体金免疫层析法和原子吸收光谱法同时检测加标样品,结果一致。因此,该方法适用于糙米中重金属离子铅的快速定量检测。
In this study,a method for rapid detection of lead in brown rice by colloidal gold immunochromatographic strips was established. The sensitivity, repeatability and specificity of the method were studied through a series of experiments. The results showed that the detection limit of lead in brown rice was 0.041 mg/kg, the limit of quantitation was 0.097 mg/kg and the reproducibility was good. Simultaneous determination of the samples by colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay and atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the results obtained by these two methods were in good agreement. This method is suitable for rapid detection of lead in brown rice.
