ICP-OES标准加入法测定冷轧板中锰硅磷

摘要 研究利用ICP-OES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱)中的标准加入法测量冷硬板中的锰、硅、磷元素。首先使用湿法分解样品,选用标准加入法可有效解决ICP检测过程中基体不匹配的问题,实现对冷硬板中锰、硅、磷含量的分析。分析结果准确,其精密度和加标回收率均符合检测要求,可扩展应用于其他元素冷硬板成分研究中。 This article aims to study measuring the concentration of Mn Si P in the cold rolled plate by using ICP-OES((inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry)) standard additions method. First, the sample was dissolved and the standard addition method was used.This method is quite suitable for solving matrix mismatching problem in the ICP test process and analyzing the concentration of manganese, silicon and phosphorus in the cold rolled plate. The results of the analysis are accurate. The precision and the recovery rate of the additive are all in line with the test requirements. This method also can be applied to test other metal elements in the cold rolled plate.
