摘要
根据对掘进机推进速度的分析建立了相应的数学模型,进而对掘进机控制算法进行着重剖析,分析了传统PID、模糊控制算法和模糊PID算法的优缺点,并应用仿真软件Simulink进行实验验证。分析与验证表明应用模糊PID算法较传统PID算法和模糊控制算法具有较高的控制精度。
According to the analysis of the boring machine advancing speed, a corresponding mathematical model was established. Then the machine control algorithm was emphatically analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional PID, fuzzy control algorithm and fuzzy-PID algorithm were analyzed, and the simulation software simulink was used to verify the experiment. The analysis and verification show that the fuzzy-PID algorithm has higher control precision than the traditional PID algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm.
