摘要
目的:研究外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的真菌种类,以及API 20C AUX系统对真菌的正确鉴定率。方法:应用分子方法和API 20C AUX系统对2003年1月至2016年12月就诊于北京大学深圳医院妇科门诊的VVC患者阴道分泌物分离培养的3404株真菌进行鉴定。结果:分子方法共鉴定出19种真菌,白假丝酵母菌为主要真菌(2622株,77%),其次为光滑假丝酵母菌(505株,14.8%)和近平滑假丝酵母菌(69株,2.0%)。API 20C AUX系统共鉴定出11种真菌,以分子方法为金标准,其总正确鉴定率为92.3%(3142/3404株),常见假丝酵母菌中白假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌和近平滑假丝酵母菌的正确鉴定率分别为98.4%、85.9%和85.5%,其余少见真菌正确鉴定率为32.7%。结论:分子方法是鉴定真菌的可靠方法,能鉴定API 20C AUX系统不能鉴定的菌株。API20C AUX系统对常见假丝酵母菌的正确鉴定率高,对少见假丝酵母菌的正确鉴定率低,不能鉴定新命名的真菌。
Objective: To identify yeast species from vulvovaginal candidiasis( VVC)based on molecular methods and API 20 C AUX system. Methods: 3404 yeasts isolates which cultured from samples obtained from patients with VVC at Gynecology Department of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2016,were identified by using molecular methods and API 20 C AUX system.Results: Nineteen yeast species were identified by molecular method.C.albicans were the predominant yeast species( 2622 strains,77.0%) in VVC,followed by C.glabrata( 505 strains,14.8%) and C.parapsilosis( 69 strains,2.0%).By using molecular methods as gold standard,the API 20 C AUX system could identify 11 yeast species with a total correct identification rate of 92.3%( 3142/3404 strains),the correct identification rate of API20 C AUX system for C. albicans,C. glabrata,C. parapsilosis,and other rare yeast were 98. 4%,85.9%,85.5% and 32.7% respectively.Conclusion: C.albicans was the predominant yeast species isolated from this series of patients with VVC.API 20 C AUX system has a high identification rate for C.albicans while has a low identification rate for non-albicans and could not identify new named Candida.
