红砖茶辅助降血糖功效研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨红砖茶辅助降血糖功效,参照《辅助降血糖功能评价方法》中动物实验方法,以正常大鼠和高热能饲料联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素致高血糖大鼠为对象,灌胃红砖茶水提物[低、中、高剂量分别为85.50、171.00、342.00 mg/(kg·d)],检测相关指标。结果表明:红砖茶水提物对于正常大鼠空腹血糖值无影响;与糖尿病大鼠模型对照组相比,3个红砖茶水提物剂量组均可显著降低(p<0.05)空腹血糖、0.5、2 h血糖、血糖曲线下面积、胰岛素浓度,改善胰岛素抵抗,且血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯)水平不显著升高。根据判定规则,提示红砖茶水提物辅助降血糖功能动物实验结果阳性。 The aim of the study was to investigate the auxiliary hypoglycemic effect of the Hongzhuan tea. According to the animal experimental methods from 〈Evaluation Method of Auxiliary Hypoglycemic Function〉, the normal rats and the diabetes mellitus rats which established by high fat diet-feeding combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin were given oral administrations of Hongzhuan tea aqueous extracts at different concentrations,which yields doses of 85.50,171.00 mg/(kg·d) and 342.00 mg/(kg ·d). The results showed that Hongzhuan tea aqueous extracts had no effect on fasting blood glucose in normal rats. The fasting blood glucose,0.5 h blood glucose,2 h blood glucose,areas under the glucose curve,Insulin concentration, Insulin resistance index were significantly reduced (p〈0.05)in rats administrated with Hongzhuan tea aqueous extracts compared with the model group. But no impacts on the total cholesterol and triglyceride level. According to the judging rules,the results showed that the Hongzhuan tea aqueous extracts assisted hypoglycemic function was positive.
