仙参果酒体内外抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:7

Anti-oxidant Effects of Cactus Fruit Ginseng Wine in vitro and in vivo

摘要 以人参和仙人掌果为原料发酵制得仙参果酒,通过测定不同剂量仙参果酒的还原力、DPPH自由基、·OH和O_2^-·清除率进行体外抗氧化活性检验,并且对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠进行体内抗氧化活性评价。结果表明:仙参果酒具有较强的还原力,随着仙参果酒浓度的增加,DPPH自由基、·OH和O_2^-·的清除能力都随之增加,且样品浓度为0.4 mL/mL时,抗氧化作用达到最大值。仙参果酒能显著提高小鼠血清和肝脏组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活力和总抗氧化能力(total anti-oxidative capacity,T-AOC)(P<0.05),同时显著降低血清和肝脏组织中丙二醛的含量(P<0.05)。因此,仙参果酒具有良好的体内外抗氧化活性,可以作为一种抗氧化剂和自由基清除剂。 Cactus fruit ginseng wine was fermented by ginseng and cactus pear fruit. Its antioxidant activity was extimated by reducing ability,scavenging DPPH·, ·OH and O2- ·ability in vitro. And the anti-oxidant activity was evaluated in vivo with the D-galactose-induced mouse aging model. The results showed that cactus fruit ginseng wine could clear up DPPH ·, ·OH and O2-· There was a significant dose effect relationship by the scavenging capability and the concentrations. And cactus fruit ginseng wine could significantly increase the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),catalase (CAT) and total antioxidative capacity (T-AOC) in the serum and liver of aging mice (P〈0.05), and decrease the maleic dialdehyde (MDA) content simultaneously (P 〈0.05). Therefore,the cactus fruit ginseng wine has better application potential in anti-oxidation and anti-aging, has good antioxidant activity in vitro and in vivo,which can be used as a antioxidants and free radical scavengers.
