摘要 综述了各种新型涂层改性方法在耐火材料或耐火原料中的应用。目前,溶胶-凝胶涂层法和有机溶液涂层法方面的研究较多,并取得了良好的应用效果;这两种涂层改性方法不仅适用于耐火原料,而且适合于耐火制品。熔盐涂层法和金属-氧化物原位催化涂层法仅适合于高性能碳质原料的涂层改性,所形成的涂层均匀、稳定。针对含碳制品开发的电镀法和自上釉法,其应用效果和应用范围需要继续探讨。 Applications of novel coating techniques in refractory raw materials and refractories were expoun- ded. Currently,the sol-gel coating and organic solution coating techniques were focused and good appli- cation results have been obtained. These two methods are not only applicable to refractory raw materials but also to refractory products. Metal-oxides in-situ catalyst and molten salt coating techniques are only applicable to high performance carbon based raw materials and the formed coating is continuous and sta- ble. Electroplating coating and self-glazing coating developed for carbon containing products need further research on the application performance and scope.
