摘要
针对重庆地区高填方建筑地基具有结构松散、承载力低、压缩变形大等特点,提出了一种"强夯+旋喷+加筋垫层"的组合地基处理技术,并在某工程的地基处理中加以应用,采用浅基础修建了数栋11层住房楼。经后期监测,地基承载力及变形均能满足要求。该技术施工工期短、成本低、具有良好的推广应用价值。
In view of the features like soft structure, low bearing capacity and large compaction deformation of high filling foundation in Chongqing, the combined foundation treatment technology of "dynamic compaction + rotary jet grouting + reinforced cushion" is put forward,and applied to the foundation treatment of a project, several 11-storey housing buildings have been built with shallow foundation.The monitoring results showed that the bearing capacity and deformation of foundation can meet the requirements. The technology has short construction period, low cost and good popularization and application values.
