呼和浩特市三级甲等医院儿科护士组织气氛与工作沉浸的相关性分析 被引量:12

摘要 [目的]了解呼和浩特市三级甲等医院儿科护士组织气氛与工作沉浸相关性,探讨影响儿科护士工作沉浸的主要因素。[方法]采用护士组织气氛感知量表、工作沉浸量表对呼和浩特市4所三级甲等医院323名儿科护士进行问卷调查。[结果]呼和浩特市三级甲等医院儿科护士组织气氛得分为2.89分±0.40分,工作沉浸得分为4.21分±0.51分,均处于中等水平,儿科护士组织气氛各个维度及总分与工作沉浸各个维度及总分均呈正相关。多元逐步回归分析显示,组织气氛、收入、工作年限、学历、职称、年龄是儿科护士工作沉浸的影响因素。[结论]管理者应根据实际采取有效措施,提升组织气氛,提高护士工作沉浸。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between organizational climate and job immersion of pediatric nurses in third grade A hospitals in Hohhot,and to probe into the main influencing factors of the job immersion of pediatric nurses.Methods:The nurses′organizational climate perception scale and work immersion scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 323 pediatric nurses in 4 third grade A hospitals in Hohhot.Results:The score of organizational climate of peadiatric nurses in Hohhot in third grade A hospitals was 2.89±0.40,and the score of job immersion was 4.21±0.51,all in the middle level.The various dimensions and total scores of organizational climate of the pediatric nurses were positively related to the various dimensions and total scores of work immersion.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that organizational climate,income,working years,education,title and age were the influencing factors of job immersion of pediatric nurses.Conclusions:Managers should take effective measures according to the actual situation to enhance the organizational climate and improve nurses′work immersion.
