视网膜脱离病人术后视功能相关生存质量的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors on related quality of life of postoperative visual function in retinal detachment patients

[目的]探讨视网膜脱离病人术后生存质量现状及影响因素,为制定提高病人生存质量的干预策略提供理论依据。[方法]采用美国国立眼科研究所研制的视功能相关生存质量问卷-25(NEI-VFQ-25)中文版调查502例视网膜脱离修复术后3个月以上病人的视功能相关生存质量,分析病人生存质量的影响因素。[结果]视网膜脱离术后病人视功能相关生存质量量表总分为22.35分~95.08分[74.91(23.86)分],得分最低的条目分别属于总体视力、远距离运动和精神健康维度。不同性别、文化程度、经济状况、术前等待时间、手术方式、术眼视力和对侧眼视力的病人术后视功能相关生存质量得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]视网膜脱离术后病人的视功能相关生存质量较差,性别、受教育程度、经济状况、术前等待时间、手术方式和视力是病人术后生存质量的影响因素。

Objective：To investigate the status quo of the postoperative quality of life of the patients with retinal detachment and probe into the related factors affecting the quality of life after operation,and provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of intervention strategies to improve the quality of life of the patients.Methods：NEI-VFQ-25 Chinese version of visual function related quality of life questionnaire developed by the US national institute of ophthalmology was used to investigate the visual function related quality of life in 502 patients over 3 months after retinal detachment repair and analyze the influencing factors of the patient′s quality of life.Results：After retinal detachment,the total score of the visual function related quality of life scale was 22.35 to 95.08 [74.91（23.86）],and the lowest score distributed in the overall vision,long-distance exercise and mental health dimensions.There were statistically significant differences in postoperative visual function related quality of life scores among patients of different genders,educational background,economic status,preoperative waiting time,surgical methods,intraoperative visual acuity,and patients with lateral ocular vision（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The patients with retinal detachment had poor visual function related quality of life,and gender,educational level,economic status,preoperative waiting time,surgical method and vision were the influencing factors of postoperative quality of life.
