摘要 针对农业气象业务现状,提出了农业气象观测记录报表审核技术设计方案,研发"农业气象观测记录报表审核"软件,通过对观测项目的完整性、一致性、阈值以及准确性对作物生育状况、土壤水分、自然物侯以及畜牧气象观测记录形成的电子报表进行审核,审核结果符合实际,实现了农业气象观测记录年报表电子审核,结束了手工抄录、审核的落后局面,提高了农业气象观测资料的准确性和应用性。 According to the present situation of agricultural meteorological operation, a technical design pro- gramme was put for the auditing of agrieuhural meteorological observation records report, and a software was devel- oped for "the Agrieuhural Meteorological Observation Records Report Auditing". To conduct the audition of the e - report formed by meteorological observation records of crop growth eondkions, soil moisture, natural seasonal phenomena and animal husbandry through the observation project's integrity, consistency,threshold and accuracy,the auditing result conforms to the reality, fulfills the eleotronie auditing M Agrieultural Meteorological Observation Records Annual Report, ends the backward situation of manual transcribing and auditing, improves the accuracy and applicability of agricultural meteorological observation data.
