威宁两起人工影响天气“三七”高炮身管胀膛变形故障原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 2017年7月23日、8月1日威宁分别出现一门55式单管、一门65式双37 mm高射炮左身管胀膛变形,故障发生后,高炮、弹药专家就高炮身管的保养、身管内是否有异物、弹丸是否有瑕疵等做了分析检测,就两起身管胀膛变形故障产生原因进行初步分析。分析结果表明,身管前端的胀膛变形可能是弹丸在膛内运行阻力过大,膛压升高,超出身管前段壁较薄部分所能承受压强所致。 On July 23 and August 1, 2017, a 55 - type single -tube and 65 -type twin 37 mm antiaircraft gun left body tube was out of shape because of swelling in Wei Ning. After the failure, the artillery and ammunition experts conducted the analysis and test about tube maintenance to investigate whether there are any foreign objects in the tube or whether there is a flaw in the projectile. A preliminary analysis of the causes of fault by the two tubes bulging deformation shows that the bulging deformation of the front end of the barrel may be caused by the excessive pressure of the projectile in the bore, the rise of the pressure of the bore, and pressure beyond the thinner part of the front wall of the barrel.
