制度范式化与价值导引化是推动社会主义核心价值观在法治建设中宏观制度层面实现的两种方式,通过社会主义核心价值观法治评估体系来检验其融入法治建设的进程,是有效推进价值观理念引领法治建设的体系途径。通过具体部门法法律制度的修订,将社会主义核心价值观具体价值内涵以法律制度的方式实现,是社会主义核心价值观深度融入法治建设在国家治理、社会管理、公民自治等社会关系各个层面的具体实现。
