摘要 介绍了现有航空发动机动平衡及振动不平衡相位检测技术的发展及现状。研究了基于互功率谱的航空发动机振动不平衡相位检测方法。推导了基于互功率谱的相位估计原理,建立了与发动机振动监控共用计算过程数据的方法与流程,有效地节省了计算资源。试车试验结果表明,提出的方法能显著提高航空发动机振动不平衡相位检测的准确性和实时性,相位检测结果可应用于发动机转子动配平,为实现发动机在线动平衡奠定了技术基础。 Development and status of aero-engine balancing and vibration imbalance phase measuringtechnology have been summarized. Engine vibration imbalance phase measuring method based on crossspectrum has been researched. Theory about the phase computing was derived by mathematics. Method andprocess that sharing vibration computing data with vibration monitoring have been established, which savedthe computing resource. The aero-engine test results indicate that the phase measure method can improvethe accuracy and real-timing of engine vibration imbalance phase measure, and the phase measured can beapplied to engine rotor dynamic balancing to provide a good basis for the efficient engine balancing.
