建设具有“公交优先”特色的上海智慧交通云服务平台方案

CONSTRUCTION OF SHANGHAI INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION CLOUD SERVICE PLATFORM WITH “BUS PRIORITY”FEATURES

为了进一步便捷上海市民出行,平衡公共出行方式的压力,提出建设"公交优先"特色的上海智慧交通与服务平台。整个服务平台由三个大的模块组成分别是大数据平台、移动端查询系统、交通部门决策系统。大数据平台负责对轨交信息进行收集,将收集到的信息交付到交通决策系统进行筛选需要发布的内容,将筛选后的内容显示在移动端供市民出行使用,这个系统在路线选择的时候会优先选择靠近市民的公交系统,这样可以使得公交系统发挥更大的作用,减少轨交资源使用不均造成的浪费和压力。

In order to further improve the public transport of Shanghai,it is necessary to balance the pressure of public transportation and put forward the Shanghai intelligent transportation and service platform which feature the ＂bus priority＂. The whole service platform consisted of three major modules： big data platform,mobile terminal query system and transportation department decision system. The big data platform was responsible for collecting the information of rail crossing. The collected information was delivered to the traffic decision-making system to filter out the contents that needed to be published. The selected content was displayed on the mobile terminal for public use. The system gives priority to the bus system close to the public when choosing the route. It enables the public transport system to play a greater role. It can reduce the waste and pressure caused by uneven utilization of rail resources.
