Discussion on Development Strategy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital under the Hierarchical Medical System

分级诊疗制度下,中医医院面临着常见病、慢性病患者大量被分流到基层医疗机构的状况;缺乏与综合性医院竞争的技术能力和设备实力;传统优势未能充分发挥和经营理念尚未转变等困难。面临这样的困境,中医医院的建设与发展策略一是准确定位,二是调整结构,三是差异发展,四是发挥优势,从这几方面寻找新的突破口,在新常态下促进医院创造新业绩、树立新形象、开启新征程。

Under the hierarchical medical system, traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） hospitals are cmffronted with some problems ranging from： a large amount of patients suftering from common and chronic diseases flowing to primary hospitals; lack of technical and equipment competitiveness compared with general hospitals, and insufficiently developed traditional advantages and management philosophy. In this situation, the development strategies of TCM hospitals should include accurate orientation, reconstruction, differentiated development, and drawing on strengths. Through these strategies, the TCM hospitals can find new opportunities, realize new achievement, establish new image, and start new journey in the new normal.
