采用严重度评估等级矩阵进行不良事件风险评估,在4274例不良事件中,高风险及以上占24.09%,中风险及以上占65.7%。按事件类别统计,猝死、疑难危重病人、职业暴露/工伤等类别不良事件风险评估均值居前三位。按发生场所统计,产房、手术麻醉、急诊风险评估均值居前三位。

The risk assessment of adverse events was carried out using the Severity Assessment Code Matrix. In the 4274 adverse events, the events of high risk and above accounted for 24.09%, and the events of intermediate risk and above was 65.7%. Categorized by type of events, the top 3 risk scores came from sudden death, critical patients, occupational exposure or industrial injm7. Categorized by the site of event occurrence, the top 3 risk scores came from delivel7 room, operation and anesthesia room and emergency room.
