摘要
目的探讨风险管理在急诊外科中的应用效果。方法选自我院2016年1月至2017年6月在急诊外科就诊患者106例,按照患者到院时间分为观察组53例与对照组53例。对照组采用常规管理,观察组在常规管理基础上结合医院风险管理。比较两组急诊效果、急救物品完好、护理缺陷、护理纠纷及护理质量满意度情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(96.23%)高于对照组(75.47%),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组急救物品完好情况优于对照组,护理缺陷和护理纠纷少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组护理满意率(98.13%)高于对照组(81.13%),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论风险管理在急诊外科中应用效果明显,可减少护理缺陷和护理纠纷,提高急救物品完好及护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of hospital risk management in emergency surgery. Method A total of 106 patients treated in emergency surgery in our hospital fi'om January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n=53) and the control group (n=53). The control group was given routine management, and the observation group was given hospital risk management on the basis of routine management. The effect of emergency treatment, intact first-aid articles, nursing defects, nursing disputes and satisfaction with nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of emergency treatment of the observation group (96.23%) was significantly higher than the control group (75.47%) (p〈0.05). The condi6on of intact first-aid articles in the ohserva6on group was obviously better than the control group (P)〈0.05). There were fewer nursing defects and nursing disputes in the observation group (p〈0.05).Satisfaction rate with nursing quality (98.13%) was higher in the observation group than the control group (81.13%) (P)〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of hospital risk management in the emergency surgery is obvious, which can reduce nursing defects and nursing disputes, and improve the condition of intact first-aid articles and nursing quality.
