创伤评分与急救人员工作效率的关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Trauma Score and Efficiency of First Aid

目的探讨急诊创伤评分与急救人员工作效率的关系。方法选择2016年1月至2017年6月我院急诊科收治的急诊创伤患者118例,将其随机分为观察组61例和对照组57例,观察组采取急诊创伤评分对病情严重程度进行评估,对照组根据患者临床症状、病史等进行评估,比较两组患者院内转运时间、抢救时间、救治效果,急救人员对患者伤情知晓情况及预后评估情况。结果观察组患者院内转运时间及抢救时间均明显低于对照组(p<0.05);观察组患者抢救成功率明显高于对照组(p<0.05);观察组急救人员对患者伤情知晓率明显高于对照组急救人员(p<0.05);观察组急救人员对患者预后评估率明显高于对照组急救人员(p<0.05)。结论急诊创伤评分能够有助于救治人员对患者准确诊断和预后评估,从而能够有效提高急救人员工作效率,提高患者的救治率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the relationship between trauma score and efficiency of first aid in emergency department. Method A total of 118 trauma patients admitted to our hospital fi＇om January 2016 to June 2017 were included and randomly divided into observation group （n=61） and control group （n=57）. The patients in the observation group were assessed for the severity of illness with emergency trauma score. The patients in the control group were assessed for clinical symptoms and medical histmT. The patients of the two groups were compared for in-hospital transportation time, rescue time, effect of rescue, and first aid staff＇s awareness of patients＂ condition and prognosis assessment of patients. Results The in-hospital transportation time and rescue time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （p〈0.05）. The rate of successful rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （p〈0.05）. The rate of prognosis assessment of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Emergency trauma score can help the first aid staffwith accurate diagnosis and prognosis assessment, which can effectively improve the efficiency of emergency department, and improve the rate of successful rescue, proved to be worthy of being promoted.
