探讨外科手术患者切口感染的相关危险因素与护理管理措施,为外科手术患者切口感染的预防与处理提供参考。主要通过对医院医疗条件因素、手术相关因素以及患者自身因素三个方面对外科手术患者切口感染的危险因素进行分析总结。进而通过提高专业护理技能、加强医护配合,坚持无菌操作、合理优化手术流程,提高患者免疫力、合理使用抗生素,改善病房环境、加强术后无菌护理,加强引流管护理、关注切口异常以及完善院内规章制度管理、加强健康安全宣教等方式对切口感染进行预防。通过改善医院医疗条件,提高医护人员专业技能,能够使外科手术患者切口感染的情况得到有效的控制,提升医院治疗护理服务质量,为患者的住院安全提供保障。

This article intended to explore the risk factors and nursing management measures for incision infection in surgical patients, and to provide reference for prevention and treatment of incision infection in surgical patients. This article mainly analyzed the medical condition factors, surgical factors and the patient factors related to incision infection in surgical patients. It pointed out that the hospital should prevent incision infections through the improvement of professional nursing skills, strengthening of health care cooperation, adherence to aseptic operations, rational optimization of surgical procedures, improvement of patient immunity, rational use of antibiotics, improvement of the ward enviromnent, strengthening postoperative sterility care and drainage tube care, attention to incision abnma^mlities, improvement of the regulations and system, and strengthening health and safety education. By improving the medical conditions of the hospital and improving the quality of nursing, incision infection in surgical patients can be effectively controlled, and the quality of medical care can be improved to ensure the safe hospitalization of patients.
