摘要
目的研究精细化管理在急诊科输液室中的应用。方法选择2016年7月至2017年7月我院急诊输液室228例患者,将2016年7月至2016年12月应用急诊输液室常规护理管理的114例患者作为对照组,2017年1月至2017年7月实施精细化护理管理的114例患者作为观察组。观察工作质量及不良事件发生率,并进行满意度评价。结果观察组护理质量均高于对照组(p<0.05);不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异明显(p<0.05)。观察组满意率高于对照组(p<0.05),医患纠纷发生率低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论精细化管理可提高护理质量,降低不良事件发生率,提高满意度,改善护患关系。
Objective To explore the application of fine management in the ilffusion room of emergency department. Method A total of 228 patients undertaking infusion in the infusion room of emergency department in our hospital were selected. The patients from July to December 2016 were taken as the control group, receiving routine care management (n=114). The patients fi'om JanualT to July 2017 were taken as the observation group. The quality of care and the incidence of adverse events were observed and patient satisfaction was evaluated. Results The quality of care of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). The patient satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The incidence of medical disputes of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Fine management can improve the quality of care, reduce the incidence of adverse events, increase patient satisfaction, and improve nurse-patient relationship.
