Analysis of Graduation and Transfer Examination Results of Graduate Student of Clinical Medicine

本文对北京大学人民医院2010-2014级215名临床医学硕士专业学位研究生参加北京大学医学部毕业暨转博考试(专业理论、专业英语、临床思维、临床技能)成绩、转博情况进行分析,确认该考试是评估临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养终末质量的有力手段。同时,以生源录取方式(推荐免试来源、全国统考来源)进行分层研究,一定程度上说明,在同样的培养过程中,推荐免试来源的临床医学硕士专业学位研究生具有较好的培养质量。

This paper analyzed the master graduation and doctoral entrance examination results of 215 master graduate students （2010-2014 Peking University People＇s Hospital） in clinical medicine. The examination included professional theory, professional English, clinical thinking and clinical skills. We confirmed that the examination is a powerful means to evaluate the final quality of postgraduate students majoring in clinical medicine. At the same time, we stratified all students according to their enrolhnent method （recommended exemption or national examination）, and found students with recommend exemption showed a better quality of cultivation to some extent in the same training process.
