摘要 目的探讨急诊科员工情绪干预问题。方法选取浙江医院、杭州市西溪医院、杭州市儿童医院40名在职的急诊科护士为研究对象,于2016年8月至2017年9月期间加强情绪干预,比较干预前后护士对执业环境的评价以及职业倦怠的变化。结果经情绪干预后,护士对执业环境安全性、继续教育、相互尊重、使用资源等社会支持评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。护士的去人格化、情绪衰竭得分均低于干预前,个人成就感得分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论急诊科护理人员的心理压力大,情绪干预能够改善其对执业环境的评价,降低职业倦怠感。 Objective To investigate the emotional intervention for emergency department staff. Method A total of 40 nurses of emergency room from Zhejiang Hospital, Xixi Hospital of Hangzhou and Hangzhou Children's Hospital were selected as study subjects. Emotional intervention was adopted between August 2016 and September 2017. The nurses" evaluation of the practice environment and their occupational burnout before and after the intervention were compared. Results After emotional intervention, the scores of social support, including the safety of practice enviromnent, continuing education, mutual respect, and utilization of resources of the nurses were significantly higher than those before the intervention (P〈0.05). The scores of depersonalization and emotional exhaustion of nurses were significanly lower than those before the intervention P〈0.05). The score of personal accomplishment was higher than that before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The nurses in the emergency room is under high psychological pressure. Emotional intervention can improve their evaluation of the practice enviromnent and reduce occupational burnout.
