冠心病并发心力衰竭患者自我管理行为影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Self-management Behavior in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure

目的调查冠心病并发心力衰竭患者自我管理行为的影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,用自行设计的调查问卷、冠心病自我管理行为量表、多维度健康心理控制源量表C表、医学应对问卷,对2015年9月至2017年2月期间住院的152例患者进行研究。结果冠心病并发心力衰竭患者自我管理得分处于中等水平,健康内部控制、健康权威人士(医生)控制,健康权威人士(其他人)控制、面对型应对与自我管理行为呈正相关关系,而健康机遇控制、屈服、回避型应对与自我管理行为呈负相关。结论冠心病并发心力衰竭患者自我管理行为较差,需针对其健康心理控制源及应对方式类型进行针对性的健康教育。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of self-management behavior in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods From September 2015 to Februax7 2017, a convenient sampling method was used to enroll 152 patients with self-designed general data questionnaire, coronary heart disease sel^-management behavior scale, muhidimensional mental health control source scale C and medical coping questionnaire. Results The self-management score of patients with coronax7 heart disease complicated with heart failure was around the middle level. It was positively correlated with self-health control, health authority （doctor） control, health authority （others） control, and face coping method, and negatively related with health control by chance, yielding, avoidance coping method. Conclusion The self-management behavior of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure was not promising, and these patients should be provided with health education according to their health control source and coping style.
