港口工程中大型扣件式支模架的非线性分析及应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用MIDAS/Gen软件建立半刚性模架计算模型,采用虚拟水平力的方法模拟初始缺陷,计算非线性屈曲承载力。与线性分析方法以及现行规范中计算公式得出的承载力值进行比较,非线性分析更趋近于规范计算值,普通线性分析方法计算出的承载力偏大。扣件采用半刚性节点模拟,其承载力计算结果小于普通刚性的计算结果。该方法可以用于港口转运站等大型重载支模架以及脚手架的屈曲承载力计算,评价复杂工况下支模架搭设方案的合理性,为工程提供指导。 MIDAS/Gen was adopted to establish the model of semi-rigid fastener-style tubular steel formwork-supports,simulated the initial imperfection with the approach of virtual horizontal force,and nonlinear buckling bearing capacity were obtained.Compared with linear calculation approach and the calculation formula of bearing capacity in the current specification,the results of the nonlinear calculation approach to capacity by specification,and the result of linear calculation is greater than the nonlinear result.As the semi-rigid connections were applied in the calculation model,the calculation value is smaller than the rigid connection.The nonlinear analytical approach can be used for buckling bearing capacity calculation of fastener-style tubular steel formwork-supports under heavy load in transfer tower and other harbor engineering,evaluating the rationality of construction scheme under complex conditions to provide guidance for certain projects.
