摘要
为得到汽车滑行阻力试验中的最优滑行阻力曲线,该文提出了滑行阻力优筛选算法。该算法运用MATLAB软件实现滑行阻力有效数组的筛选和重组,计算特征点的实测阻力值并对其拟合,得到滑行阻力方程组,以拟合后特征点的滑行阻力和值为判定依据,从中找出最优滑行阻力曲线的曲线方程。经实例验证,优筛选算法得到的特征点阻力和值比自筛选算法减少了30 N,特征点滑行总时间延长0.727 s,运用阻力曲线使汽车的综合油耗降低了1.55%。同时提出阻力通带概念,为汽车道路滑行阻力的研究工作提供了一个新的研究方向。
In order to obtain the optimal coasting resistance curve in the vehicle coasting resistance test, this paper introduces an optimum-screening algorithm.The algorithm uses MATLAB software to screen and reconstruct the effective array of coasting resistance, calculate and fit the measured resistance values of the feature points, obtain the system of coasting equations, judged by the sum value of the fitted feature points, find out the curve equation of the optimal coasting resistance curve. The example shows that the sum values of resistance that feature points obtained by the optimal screening algorithm are reduced by 30 N compared with the self-screening algorithm, and the total time for the taxiing of feature points is prolonged by 0.727 s, reduces the comprehensive fuel consumption of the vehicle by 1.55%.At the same time, the concept of resistance passband is proposed,which provides a new research direction for the automobile sliding resistance.
