摘要 为满足同一平台的轿车、MPV及SUV等车型发动机舱零件通用化的开发要求,提出一种可以用于平台化车型的前端模块总成的模块化解决方案。在对前端模块总成进行模块化开发过程中,进行大量的CAE仿真分析和优化。在多种冲击工况下,前端模块总成的主要零件应力值远小于材料拉伸强度,满足强度要求;经模态分析,此结构的1阶模态为24 Hz,满足结构要求。通过增加导流板,成功解决了发动机舱热气回流的热管理问题。该方案通过整车试验验证,满足了开发要求。 In order to meet the common development requirements of the engine room parts for the car, MPV, SUV and other models of the same platform, this paper presents a modular solution for the front-end module assembly of the platform model.In the process of modular development of the front-end module, a lot of simulation analysis and optimization are carried out.Under a variety of impact conditions, the stress value of the main components of the front-end module assembly is much smaller than the tensile strength of the material to meet the strength requirements. Through modal analysis, the first order mode of the structure is 24 Hz, which meets the structural requirements. By placing the baffle, the thermal management problem of the hot air reflux in the engine room is successfully solved. Finally, it is verified by experiments that the scheme meets the development requirements.
