摘要
针对指挥控制通信计算机情报监视侦察(C^4ISR)系统,提出了一套客观、完备的效能评估指标体系,并使用层次分析法推导出了用于效能评估计算的权重表,可据此对实际作战或想定推演中测量到的指标值进行计算,得出科学、可信的评估结果。
This paper presents a set of objective and complete efficiency evaluation index system for command control communication computer intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance（C^4ISR）system,and uses analytic hierarchy process（AHP）to derive a weight table for the calculation of efficiency evaluation.The index values measured from both actual combat and scenario deduction can be calculated according to the weight table,and the scientific and credible evaluation results can be obtained.
